Easy answer - Raptor LCAs and RPG UCAs. Way cheaper than a kit with the same capability as the Dirt Freeks setup and you 'should' still be able to use the Brenthel spindle since you are 2wd.

I happen to be selling all my factory Raptor suspension in the next week or so and I have a new (unused) set of RPG UCAs (prerunner 1.5s). Regardless, factory Raptor gear is plentiful and cheap.

Point of clarification: LT is 17+ inches, MT is more than factory but less than 17. Very few OTS kits pull 17+.

Don't keep mixing and matching all your stuff cuz in the end it will end up costing you more money. Stick with your current setup. Maybe work with the rear a little. Then when you have the money and time. Upgrade the front and sell your current setup. It looks nice and your happy with it in the meantime right? I know you mentioned dirt freeks race long travel kit but they will also be coming out with a prerunner kit soon as well. (Dirt Freeks) Truck looks good though. Thats just my recommendation lol

I don't disagree that a kit-in-total is the best approach but if you can get 13.5 inches of travel for ~1k, why spend ~5k for the same 13.5 inches? Factory Raptor LCAs are very strong, I have yet to see one break unless the truck runs into something hard enough to cause frame damage. I'm only swapping mine because I'm going to a Camburg/ICON dual 3.0 setup.

As for the rear, a Deaver leaf pack with L/T shackles will net ~16 inches of total travel. A good bypass and a set of bumps and call it a day.

If the shock mounts are in raptor position then how can use a f150 oem length coilover? Aren't the raptor coilovers longer than f150's?
Any chance when you work on your front suspension you can take a couple pics of your spindles so I can compare? I want to keep my spindle because its a lift spindle. And the dirt kings kit isn't badly priced at $2500

Ah. I '***'umed they would run Raptor length coilovers with the Raptor length arms. If they are set up to run non-Raptor coilovers then I double down on my recommendation to use Raptor LCAs with RPG (or another Raptor spec UNI upper).

The non raptor coilovers (factory spec aftermarket) will not outperform even factory Raptor Fox coilovers as they have more oil and more surface area to stave off fade from heavy use.

The only real flaw with the Fox 2.0s is that the spring rate really isn't sufficient for the weight of the 6.2. Some guys have swapped in a set of Eibach springs to great benefit.

I don't have any pics right now but there are some on the web, google 'Raptor spindle gusset'.

How much would you sell your raptor lowers / rpg upper / raptor tie rods for? And would my oem coilovers work with that setup?

Send me a PM, I'd initiate but my app needs an update and I keep getting errors.

As to whether or not what you have will work, find out the total extended length - my guess would be they aren't quite long enough. Factory Raptor coilovers have a 10" stroke - the rest is in the arms.

Well I know there would be more dampening with a 3.0 vs a 2.5. But I think it would cheaper for me at least to go with the kit. Just because I'm trying to adapt this kit with my 6in lift. An extended set of raptor 3.0's are gunna be way more expensive then an extended pair of 2.5's. Also I found the difference between the spindles, there is a gap on the bottom of the spindle. Don't know what it's there for or how it affects mounting tho.

I was saying a 2.0 with 10" of stroke would have more dampening than a 3.0 with 7" because of the increased capacity of the shock body - more oil and surface area for cooling.

I do see your point on cost though.
