See my edit above.....it's not the UCA making contact, it's actually the top of the steering knuckle making contact with the spring (up by the ball joint) at full droop. New UCA, won't fix that issue and 3.0 springs will make it way worse.
Another thing to keep in mind is you will only get a minimal amount of down travel once you crank those coilovers up to 2.5-3" of lift. I also wouldn't worry about the tie rods. If you bend or break a tie rod you will likely have bigger issues to worry about. Putting King or Fox oem replacement shocks on an otherwise stock truck will make it ride better offroad, but not make it into a prerunner. On road, my Kings are pretty stiff in the front. The rears are awesome.

I would just install the Kings/Fox/Icons and take a measurement and order the proper block for the rear. I don't think a full replacement leaf pack would be worth the money. The rear feels really good with the King shocks. I went with an F150lifts.com block and it was probably the fanciest lift block I have ever seen.

Like I said in my previous post, the amount of available down travel after lifting the front 2"-3" is what holds these trucks back. I decided not to get carried away with my truck so I wouldn't be tempted to mash the whoops........speed bumps are another story!

Please enlighten me. Do you even own a 2015? The stock UCA's aren't what's limiting the down travel. If you think you are going to blow out an UCA, you are grossly underestimating them.

False. The stock UCAs do limit down travel. Bro do you even own a 2015?

If you knew what you thought you knew, you wouldn't be asking your questions here. Keep in mind every f150 (including your 15) has the same bump stops underneath the uca.

I don't even think there is any question whether UCA's help with travel and have several benefits over the POS stock UCA. In particularly that horrible $2 dollar joint they use. I bet each stocker is about $5 dollar to make. POS
