Default going aggressive

Hey guys!
new to the site

im lookin to raise up my 99 ford f150, 4x4 off road
not looking to go too big, but for sure more agressive!

ive been pokin around lookin at keys, pucks, shims, susp lifts, body and im really not sure if i found what im after yet.

the front needs to come up for sure but i need to fit my 285/75/R16 pro comp's in there.

what kinda option am i looking at here? id like to see the truck leveled out and raised up 2.5 - 3 inches. is doing keys and a block a cheap way to get what im after? is there a susp lift out there i havent seen?
anyone got there truck up only this much? pictures?

hope somone can help!
thank!

Your tires will fit no problem I had 285 70 17 bucksots on my 2001 no rub issues you can level it out if you want it sitting level or for a temp fix crank up the torsion bars but it will ride a little rougher

Why are the wheels- or at least the front one- so clean?? Does that spray can have anything to do with it?

You know what i never noticed that. i was hard pack mud in a field not a mud hole that may had something to do with it and for the can its just a soda can.
