Default Deer Plinco. New bumper?

Today was fun. Following a great weekend I had the pleasure of meeting a very friendly deer on the highway! Needless to say, his day was worse than mine, but I'm now in the market for a new bumper. I figure I'll go aftermarket and get something a bit more sturdy than stock.
Any recommendations/opinions on what may look good on my rig? I'm thinking the Fab Four Vengeance currently.

Pretty lucky for 80mph I'd say.

Looks like the lift paid off!

Any good meat left?

Curious how well (if you still have stock) your brakes stopped you with the lift and big tires. Did you lock up?

Back to topic, I like the stock bumpers personally. That said, If I were to choose out a prerunner style, the fab four Vengeance is my fav too.!

Yeah, the lift definitely paid off. I think I would have lost the grille, hood, headlight and front fender plus unknown internals without the height. Unfortunately, the deer went under the front driver tire and out under the rear passenger so it was in pretty rough shape. The coyotes will be the only ones enjoying it.
As far as braking, I accidentally (instinctively) hit the brakes right as I hit it and the truck locked up and got loose on the road. I let off right away and everything straightened out. So the brakes seemed fine, even better, the lift didn't seem top heavy bc locking up brakes at 80 with a 6 inch lift certainly doesn't seem very smart.

So I ordered the vengeance bumper and some more Rigids to stick down in the fog slots. I'm curious to see how it looks or if I'll like it. Goes on next Friday so I'll put up some pics in my build thread.

Lol so you locked up as you were on it? That couldn't have felt good for the deer. Trucks going to look bad ***! Looking forward to pics

Yeah, I did. As much as we all know not to touch the brakes it happened instinctively and I let off as soon as I realized.
There was not much left of the poor guy, that's for sure.
Next Friday for some new lights and bumper!!

You need a dead deer sticker for your door.
