Default Bilstein Shocks

My 2016 F150 4x4 has a 2" leveling kit in the front with stock shocks, Will I need the Bilstein coilover 5100's to get the optimum shock travel?

BTW sense I installed the 2" leveling kit, when I hit a bump or hole the wheels feel like the are floating and not on the ground.

No one has yet to respond, it doesn't have to be Bilstein's, the question is if any coil over is needed or can you use a stock travel shock

I have stock length front shocks with my leveling kit- no issues.

What kind of leveling kit is it?

If the leveling spacer is sitting between the coil and the top cap then yes you'll need longer struts to compensate for the extended height of the coil over assembly.

If the leveling spacer is sitting on top of the strut cap then no you won't need a longer strut because the length of the actually coilover assembly hasn't changed.

I hope that makes sense...

EDIT: Nevermind just noticed it says rough country in the description. So no you will not need longer struts. As for your ride quality did you have the truck aligned after the install?

Yes, my alignment tech installed the spacer.
