Umm...…. No way. Unless the tires are made out of rubber bands. If they are, then yes. Definitely yes.

Hey OP, do you even know how to read a tire size? I ask, because a 15" tire will not go onto a 17" wheel.
33 (inches tire overall outside diameter) X 12.5 (inches tire section width [not tread width]) R (radial ply construction) 15 (the tire's wheel diameter)
Now, if the tires were a 33 X 12.5 R17, then... they'd be near-perfect on a 9"-wide wheel, depending on what you're going to be doing with the truck and tire. Mostly offroad? where it's better to have a slightly narrower wheel to protect the wheel lip from rock damage... or mall crawling where you see wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide wheels being favored...
