Was pulling out some trees, and ran over a small stump,that caught my POS skid plate and ripped it off. All the dzus fasteners were rusted to the point where they pulled out of the fastener clips. Ford wants an arm and leg to replace them, is there any other place to buy the fasteners, both male and female? And does it hurt to run around with the skid plate off? It is not much of a skid plate since it is made out of a soft felt like material.

My Chevy had a real skid plate, held on with bolts and solid, not this POS one on my Ford.

found the part number BB5Z-00817-A for the dzus fastener and p/n W716006-S439 for the clip the fastener fits into. The dzus price ranges from $9.05 to $12 each, and I need 4, and the clips are about $1.50 each, and again need 4.
