reah at 65 i ride right on top of 4th gear. and at a hair above idle

thats really bad gas milage for those gears. You can get 17-18 on the highway with 32-33 inch tires if you have a lower gear ratio. The only way to get good gas milage with that ratio is to put 2057515s or smaller tires on it lol and it would get atleast 24 mpg
