Default 2018 body roll

what can I do to my suspension to fix this body roll issue I’m having in my 2018 f150 4WD ? All I currently have is a leveling kit. Thanks.

Halo coilovers. Fox and Bilstein are ok but still has bodyroll. I’ve had all 3 in my trucks and next time going back to halo for this reason

would this solve my issue while at the same time giving me a small lift?

Yes... 1-3 inches adjustable.

Upgrade to the Hellwig rear torsion bar, depending on your model you probably don't have a rear torsion bar at all. Also a bigger front torsion will help with body roll. These are both things I'm looking at doing for mine in the near future.

The higher your vehicle is the higher the center of gravity and more body roll. The level kit you added raised your CG. Sway bars are great but stiffer bars will limit articulation.

Yes to the higher center of gravity and greater ability to produce body roll. But since the halo suspension has a stiffer springs and better shock valving the actual body roll is generally reduced. Same with rear shocks and their valving not allowing for compression as easy.

I have a 4" lift, but my front and rear shock upgrades actually produce A LOT less body roll. So much so that I am contemplating removing my front sway bar (mainly for off roading purposes but if removed it would be also be removed on the road) and seeing how it handles.

Did you ever get these installed? Wondering if the Hellwig bars helps with body roll and swaying. My 2018 gets body roll and swaying when accelerating and changing lanes. Body starts to roll. But not on a straight line punch.

Yes the rear hellwig bar will help reduce body roll, and understeer, Don't need to worry about changing the front swaybar. Its great on-road... may limit suspension travel for offroad use.

Did yours ever sway in the body when accelerating and changing lanes at the same time? Mine seems fine in the straight away, but at-angle accelerations will cause the body to start torquing and rolling the body at high speeds. You have to then let off the throttle to gain control. Thank you!!!
