I agree with this philosophy

having that many trucks last month seemed silly.

I also think no "self" nominating.. If people are serious about wanting to be in it let them post but someone else should follow it up and say "I nominate them"
If no one does it leaves out someone who might unfortunately get no votes...

This month will only have a few contenders. As for the self nominations, as I said earlier- it doesn't lead to a very diverse nomination pool from month to month. It gets especially hard when the month has a theme. In the past, it turned into the same 6-8 trucks being nominated each month.

I'm curious, what if someone else is promoting someone else's truck? I'll admit I did a little promoting of fellow 11th gen trucks, I wont do it anymore as I want this competition to continue without problems. I did it as mentioned above for the "camaraderie" between 11th gens, not because I know anyone on here personally or have anything to gain from someone else winning. How do we know buddy A doesn't text buddy B and have them promote? Just a little kink I see that might need some splaining?

So you can self nominate but not self promote

Others can nominate and promote

Seems silly, but OK

I don't hang around as often as I use to but stopping people from posting pictures of their truck asking for support in a vote seems a little ridiculous. Might as well start handing out participation trophies! Lmao!!!
