There def needs to be some kind of separation...
All of the good ideas have already been stated. As far as for Jan 2012, how will we determine the 'theme'?
Should us Mods get together and make up a calendar of the themes for each month of 2012, so that people who think that their truck qualifies can nominate themselves (or others) for that particular month?

No matter how this is determined, people are always gonna b**ch about how unfair this system is. So if y'all do decide on themes, keep it very simple. When the themes start becoming too specific there won't be enough trucks to fill the spots.
