I intalled a set of hercules avalanche xtreme w265/70/17 on r17 inch ford steel rims. This wheel tire package was installed Dec/20/2012 by a tire shop.
The install was simple as it was just a swap of the oem bfgoodrich which are dry rotted basically a year or so after i bought the truck new, but of course the tire warrenty isnt worth the paper its printed on.
Now i understand the TMPS light will come on as i dint put the sensors in the winters but later that day the ABS light came on,is this coincidence that it happend just as i put the winters on or would ther be another problem??

Hope i can get an answer as i am not a fan of dealerships and a mechanically able to do most things myself..

What year is you truck? Likely you have a related problem. I installed winter with tpms that have yet to be programmed, only my tpms light flashes and stays on, not the abs light.
