I have a 1999 5.4 liter 4x4 and I want bigger tires. What is the best rims to buy and what size tires can I fit to make it look the best and not rub. I want to mount either goodyear mtrs the coopers or mud terrains or something. I would like to keep my budget around 800.

 

I am looking at upgrading rims and tires also. $800 ain't gonna cut it. You can barely get a set of chrome factory wheels & tires off of Ebay for $800. I would suggest google-ing (not sure that's a word!) rims and looking for clearance items at various sites. Check out www.tirerack.com while you're at it. Good luck Amigo

 

20"s with 275/45/20 tires is what they put on the Gen 1 Harley trucks. they fit that body style great, but would not be enough tire fo the new body style. IMO.
