Does everyone think these are ugly? LOL. I like these...and have tried finding aftermarkets that are "similar"

This is Avalanche Gray. What color wheels ya think would look best on it?

I believe this is Avalanche Gray. What color wheels ya think would look best on it?

I have been looking at those takeoff wheels myself with a set of Goodyear AT tires to use this winter on my Silver F-150. They are not all black and the design reminds me of what GM used on the S-10 trucks back in the 90's. I might even like them a little better than my Sport rims. I looked at aftermarket 18" rims on Discount Tires and a few other places and none of them had the factory 44 offset, nor really struck me as have to have rims. Selections might be down with supply issues. I already have the black McGard lug nuts that will match.

I like what you like. And... grey. BUT, I don't like a 7-part design repetition w 6 lugs. And the other rims look like they would not load up w mud so much. I have not been in mud for eons, but I will not carelessly add a weakness to my one-best "emergency" vehicle. Looks are nice, but come second to serious truckers.

Maybe the asymmetrical grey ones are more open and will unload mud better, once loaded up. But the two are two different characteristics... not loading, vs, unloading what mud was acquired. Form follows function. Is looks your function? Then, it's subjective. Get what YOU like. Not what WE like. We aren't going to look at your truck. We will be looking at our truck. Maybe ugly, but more functional. Different strokes... I don't CARE if you like my truck. Most of us here are not gals who must show off. I like the grey that you like, but dislike the dissymetry with the lug nut count for purposes of even stresses and appearance. Find offroad testing of these.

I too ordered a 2023 XLT in Avalnche Gray without seeing it. My dealer did an inventory check for other Ford models with this color so I could see it in person. There were no Avalnche Gray vehicles on a lot within 300 miles of me!

Was considering the wheel color as well and decided to go with the factory 20" sport wheels. They're a darker gray color. I'm planning to put a 2" level on it right away. I figure if I don't like them I can always find an aftermarket set and sell the factory wheels. We'll see.

Not so v ugly, but I don't think the clever shine of the proud part helps. All black, or, all avalanch grey. Then they'll look fine, IMO.
