Default Wheels for a 2010

I apologize in advance if this has been asked a billion times, but I can't find anything. I'm looking at rims for my '10 4x4 and I'm having a hard time finding out if the wheel I want will fit. I'm looking at the Incubus Crusher in 18x9 with a 12 offset. I can't find the backspacing listed anywhere. These are going on a 275/65-18 tire. Will that tire fit a rim that wide? Also, if they do fit, how far out will they stick?

Here's a link to the wheel in question:

Thanks!

A little more info would be helpful in getting your answers. Which Incubus wheels are you getting? What tire are you putting on there?

I have 18x9 wheels (20mm offset) with 275/70-18 and it was tough to get the tire mounted but it can be done. Your tires' sidewalls are a bit shorter than mine so it might be tougher. You need to see what the tire manufacturer recommends for rim width. You can find it on TireRack.com or tire manuf. site.

I would guess that those wheels would stick out about an inch.
