Default Wheel offset questions

I am getting 275/70/18 tires and been in the KMC brand for wheels, I would like to have about 1.5 inch of the tire poking out.

I have been searching and my head hurts from trying to understand everything about offset and back spacing

What would it take to get my tires to poke 1.5 inches

So far I have looked at wheels that are 5 bs and 0mm offset

I have tried calculators no idea how to understand them.

Here's a link to the set I like, http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/Se...n=PXA6031-8936

they are 0mm and 5 bs

Any help guys?

Why do you want them to stick out 1.5"? Have you seen that done before and like that look?

I ask because if you already know you want this specific amount, I imagine you have already seen it and like it. With that said, what wheels and size were they? That will help guide you to at least a reference range that you are fond of.

My wheels are BMF Novakanes which are 0 offset. Here is a font view to show how far they stick out:

These threads will help you tremendously to find out exactly what you like as many of the people have posted their dimensions of their setup:

Actually that's the look I want I just thought it was about 1.5 inches or so. I want that exact look on my truck

Also they are 275/75/18 discover at3 tires would of gone bigger but buying tires unexpectedly so didn't go as big as I wanted at this time

I am looking at moto metal 951 wheels my girl firmed gets moto metals at dealer Price I like the 951s most came in a 0 offset and 5 bs

Also a -12 off set with 4.5 bs but I am not sure where that puts me

What is your back spacing?

If you are still wanting to see wheels with 0 offset I can post pictures when I get home to a computer. I run 35x12.5 trail grapplers on 0 offset/ 5" backspace XD misfits.

Thanks but I decided to stay stock. Only because for a graduation present I'm getting 2 acres of land. Just got to sub divide from my grandpa's land and I'll have my own property
