Default truck has 20" stock - going to 18" aftermarket?

So if I decide to get new aftermarket wheels and tires - what are the implications if I go down to 18" from the 20s it came with? I'm assuming the dealer needs to change something in the computer?

The tire diameter is what makes the difference, not the wheel. The taller you go the more the speedometer will be off.

Just get the same diameter tire. I think that 275/65/18 is the same as your stock 20s.
