Tire Size Help

Hey guys, I'm new to this site and I want to ask a few questions about tires.

I'm getting 17x9 inch rims and I was wondering what size tires would fit this rim if I want it to be a 31" or 33" tall tire...

33's for sure... 31's would look like your oem tires.... You shouldnt have any rubbing issue..

Would a 285 tire fit a 17x9" rim?
