Default Tire Size Conversion

Can someone confirm my calculations regarding standard tire size versus metric.

My tires are 35 x 12.50 x 20 so my calculations for metric would be 317.50 x 60 x 20. Is that correct or am I way off base?

Thanks Ricktwuhk! I'm kind of old school and do things the hard way.
