Can someone tell me what is going on here? On every tire size calculator I go on, it says these tires have an overall width of 33.something. But when I measured them with the tape measure, it says like 31"??? Can someone tell me what the deal is here? Thanks!

The tire is a Toyo Open Country A/T 275/70r18 if that helps.

 

That's height and once on the rim they may be a bit tall. 33.2 I think

 

i have a 2006 stock 150 with 18 inch rims....could i get 33 12.50 tires with my stock rims and everything else stock also??
