Default Tire question

I have been wondering how you guys convert a tire size that is usually on the side of the tire of for example 265/70/16 to for example 35''? I am looking between a 33 and a 35'' with a 4'' lift. What would that be in the metric sense i guess its called. I have tried searching but either i get the what tire would fit or i get no matches found. So i dont really know what key word to put in to get my answer. Thanks.

What size of rims do you have? With my 16 inch rims, I have 285/75R16 tires, which is pretty close to 33"

Currently i have the stock rims. I was considering the chaos made by mpm i believe. I havent done anything to the truck its stock. Im just working on getting a build sheet if you will together of what i want. I believe the stock rims are 15. I wouldnt mind going up to a 16 I think.
Thanks for the link. I will check that out.
