Default Tire Question

I currently have 20"x9 wheels on my truck. This is what I want to put on DISCOVERER STT LT, 35-1250R20LT DISCOVRER STT, will they work?

2.5 lift in the front, I know the tires will fit. I just want to make sure they fit on the actual wheel. I think the offset is +1, they stick out further than factory wheels.
