I added a lift kit to put bigger wheels on my truck and for some reason every time I turn right I hear a very ugly noise like the tire rubbing I assume but it doesn't do it when I turn left.
What should I do?

Don't tell me I need smaller tires
or does anyone know of a solution?

Is the tire hitting either the crash bar, or the rubber/hard plastic air damn? Mine had to be trimmed a little.

As noted, you need to figure out what, exactly, it is rubbing on. I'd drive around a parking lot at low speed with the off-road display on the dash and note which steering angles triggered the noise. If you have a helper available, you can also have them turn the wheel to that steering angle while you watch to see what's making contact.

In my case, after adding about 2.5" of front lift and going to a slightly larger tire on an ET0 wheel, I was rubbing only on the driver's side at roughly 2/3 of the way to full lock left and all of the way full lock left. The culprit was the Ford splash guard (molded mud flap), which I trimmed to fit the tire. Your mileage will obviously vary, since you're rubbing on the opposite side of the truck.
