replace 2 or 4 tires at once?
I have a 2016 limited....only mentioning the model really because it has AWD and I use it in the winter moreso than the 4x4.
Got a nail in the sidewall of my tire this weekend which I am told cannot be repaired...I have road hazard protection so they will replace one tire for "free" but I know you cant replace just one tire with 4x4/awd so the question is, can I replace just two (same axle) or should I/do I need to replace all 4?
I am buying the same brand/model/size of tire...and the ones on my truck arent that bad (I was going to make it through winter with them I think) but they are worn. Probably about 18 months old...if I had to guess maybe 30k miles on them. I dont think I have a good gauge to accurately measure tread depth but could do the old penny trick.

I doubt there is enough difference in diameters to have anything to worry about. Manufacturing variation and tire inflation could account for more. If it really bugs you mount the new tire up front. KM
if you already have 30k and the tires are worn, I would go ahead and purchase all 4 since you had planned on getting new tires after winter anyways. Then there is 0 chance of worrying.
Replace all 4 since they have 30k.
They say you shouldn’t replace just one due to hight difference between worn and new but if you rotate your tires as you should, that would defeat that anyway.
