Default Radar Renegade AT/5?

So I thought ordered a set of Falken Wildpeak ATs via a local tire shop, dropped rims off for mounting when I was told they were ready, and then found when I went to pick them up that they'd actually ordered Radar Renegade AT5s.

The size and load range is what I wanted, and the Renegade tread pattern looks like a reasonable AT pattern, so I think I'm going to live with it rather than trying to get them replaced with Falkens (my main goal was getting something more appropriate for rough forest roads than the OEM HT tires, while not spending more money than I needed to, and the Radars look like they meet that goal).

Anyone have any experience with these? The brand seems to have had some success in SCORE racing, suggesting it's not just a clone tire brand, but I can't find much for online reviews of the tires.

I have researched a lot of tires recently in the 275/55R20, 275/60R20 and LT285/55R20 sizes. The Radar brand has never shown up in my internet searches. The tread and overall appearance are nice and depending on the tread compound it should have decent traction.

How have they been performing for you so far? How is the noise level?, what type of terrain have you been driving on?

Any chance you could be more specific? Wear too quickly, bad traction on a particular surface type (or all surface types)? Too easy to puncture? All of the above?

I'm probably going to need to head back to the shop soon anyhow, as I can't seem to get the truck to talk to the TPMS sensors, but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to have much luck asking for money back given that I drove away with the tires on the truck.

Lesson learned: if you're going to use the slightly disorganized tire shop, make sure to talk to the guy who's actually doing the ordering.

I had radars on my truck for 1 day as they came as a package deal on my American forces. I drove the truck once before immediately taking it to get new Toyo MTs put on. They were loud, and really obnoxiously loud. Didn't balance easily, and were out of round.

I think I've got fewer than 20 miles on mine, but they're not particularly loud (can definitely hear them with the windows up, but with the stereo at a reasonable volume, they're not noticeable) and they seem to have balanced out just fine (there doesn't appear to be an absurd amount of weight on the wheels, and I've been up to 85 or so without any vibration issues...if I do have balance issues above that, I'll just call it a good way to remind myself I need to slow down).

Edit: passed a truck doing 55 in a 70 on a two-lane today, go up well above 85, still no vibration issues. I'm also pleasantly surprised by the road handling so-far; I expected a hugely noticeable decrease in cornering ability compared to the HTs, but that hasn't been evident yet. Looking at the nubs, I think I may be a little high on pressure, so I'll plan to take a few PSI out before the next time I drive the truck.

What is the mileage warranty? Any premature wear and replace on a prorated mileage claim.
