Default Quick question....correct rim size

I'm offshore right now and want to order some new rims for my truck. Im running a 35x12.5 R20 with an 8" lift. I'm not sure of my current rims offset but Im looking at some rims that are 20x9 with either a -44,-12,+12 or a +18 offset. Which offset would be the correct set up? I want the wheel to protrude a little and want to make sure it won't contact any suspension components in sharp turns. There is also a 20x10 inch rim with the same offset options...just looking for some help so I can order these and have them waiting when I get home.

thanks!!!
