Happy with mine so far, surprised at how quiet they are and love the tread pattern. I also liked that you have a choice on the sidewall pattern.

do you think that with a 2,25'' Level you would still need to move the crashbar? i have slight rubbing with a 2'' lift with 35'' tires

I was looking for a 35, and had previously purchased 295/60R20 and 295/65R20 as I didn't really want a super wide tire. That's when I noticed the Ridge Grappler came in a 35x11.5R20! Perfect size for a half ton truck. I also decided to stay with a 20x9 wheel because most 20x10's stick out more than I like with more aggressive offsets.

So here is my setup, 20x9 0 offset Moto Metal MO970, with Ridge Grappler 35x11.5R20. After having them installed I must say, these are the best tire for the F150 or other half tons. Aggressive looks, nice sidewall, and in my opinion they are more quiet than Terra Grappler G2, and much much quieter than Trail Grappler. The installer at Discount Tire said they were the easiest off-road tire he has balanced before, and worked his way through all 4 with no problems. If you are considering the Ridge Grappler, or a mix between mud and all terrain but don't want the noise, I would HIGHLY recommend the Ridge Grappler. The only variable left to be determined is how many miles they last, but so far my favorite tire that I've owned.
Clean. 👍🏻

Can’t decide on the 35x11.5 or the 285/65R20.

The 285 are slightly taller and slightly wider but weigh 7-8lbs less per tire.

Anyone know why? Is it due to the tread depth?

Also the 35x11.5 are cheaper.

Good question. I’m trying to figure out this as well with the Ridge Grapplers. The taller and wider 285/65 weighs 7 pounds less then the 35/11.5. The 35/11.5 has a little more tread depth but it’s crazy that it weighs 7 pounds more???

I would have guessed a lot less than 7lbs. Maybe there is also something else with the construction that increases the weight.
Arent the 35s flotation tires? Maybe that’s it.

BTW I went with the 295/60/20 and love them.

looks great this weekend in doing a ready lift 2 inch leveling kit with new coil overs and rear shocks new uca new ball joints lower and new tie rods inner and outer so I decided after much research to go with Nito Ridge Grappler 285/70/R17 hope it looks as good as yours How Many miles on the tires so far and how do rate them after using them ??? Sorry if this was asked but i just skimmed through the thread
