Question New wheel offset

Hello, I am currently looking to purchase V-rock anvil 17x9 +15, I am looking for a slightly aggressive stance (2 inches or so of tire out of the fender). Currently I have stock wheels which I believe have a +44 offset and are only 7.5 inches wide and I am running 285/70 bfg ko2s. Right now I am pretty much flush with the fender. If I get the new wheels and go from 7.5 to 9 inch wide and a +44 to +15 offset, will this achieve an aggressive stance? I am no expert on wheels and tires so any help in appreciated. Thanks

you can expect the new wheels to stick out 1.9" further out. The wheels is 1.5" wider, so its .75" on ether side of the center line. +44-(+15mm)=29mm offset change (1.15"). 1.15"+.75"=1.9" outwards shift
