Hey guys I really need help deciding on what wheels to go with and what finish i know 18x9 or 18x10 for size want some offset also so it's got a nice stance any suggestions!!?

2011 f150 XLT Sterling grey/silver 4x4 w/33x1250 nitto mud grapplers

You just need to decide if you want your wheels flush, or want 'em sticking out.
If you want 'em flush, you need 5"+ of backspacing/offset. If you want 'em sticking out, you want less than 5" of backspacing.
As far a wheel width is concerned, generally a 9" wide wheel is optimum for 33x12.50s, but each manufacturer will list optimum and acceptable wheel widths for their respected tire sizes on their website(s)
