If the load is evenly distributed along the length and width of the bed, suggest you'd be able to haul most of 5,000 lbs on the back end (one tire on each side, plus some of the weight will transfer to the front wheels) based on the tire ratings.

However, if the weight is loaded to the rear of the back axles - maybe somewhat less than 5,000 lbs as some of the weight normally placed on the front wheels will be transferred to the back end.

Also, have to consider how much truck weight itself is typically carried by the back wheels - this will reduce the total amount possible loaded. Probably on the order of 1500-2000 lbs - so getting back to the 2500 max bed load possible, but for different reasons.

Suggest you will likely run into another load limit first with these tires - such as the rated maximum gross vehicle weight for the specific vehicle.

well my truck weight is around 4500lbs so would i be able to run these tires or should i go with the nitto's that have a 3500lb max weight.
i know the 2500lbs should work but which would be a better choice the 3500lb are almost 30 more the the 2500lb

The 2500 lb max carry capacity will give you a GVW of 10k based off of the tires, since your truck weighs less than half of that you should be good to go and not need the higher rated tires. For a 1/2 ton the GVW should be 6 to 7 k for a 3/4 your GVW should be between 8500 and 9100 based on the bed and cab configurations.
