Default Need HELP with Offset please

I am buying a set of 305/50/20 Cooper Zeon LTZ mounted on a set of 20x9 Incubus Krawlers. They are going on my 2011 F150 4x4 supercrew and I'm planning on using the Bilstein 5100's at their lowest adjustment of 1.5" to level the front. I have the option of getting a -12mm offset or a +12mm offset. I want the rims to be somewhat deep and have a lip and maybe have the tires stick out just a little but don't want it to cause any rubbing issues. Can anyone please help me make the right decision on the offset that would work out the best for me? Pictures would be awesome too! Thanks

I think the -12mm offset will cause you to rub. I will make the tires stick out a little further, and I know it sounds backwards, but that will cause them to rub.

I have a 6" lift with mine so I get away without rubbing and I have 325 60 20 for tire size which is a little bigger, but I wouldn't chance it without the lift.

Not to mention the +12mm offset will still stick out some compared to the stockers which I believe are +44mm offset.

Hope this helps

One other thing, say I go with the +12mm offset.. Is there a certain backspacing I have to choose or is the backspacing pretty standard according to the offset you choose?

The offset will determine the backspacing according to the rim width. You really only have to worry about one or the other.
