Default Need everyone's opinions!

Well guys I'm finally ready to buy new tires for 2005 leveled FX4. I'm needing your help with my decision. I'm going to buy the new Toyo Open Country AT2 or the BF Goodrich AT. I'm looking at a 275/70/18. I don't really think I need a 295. It's quite a bit more money per tire. What do to guys think? What's your experience with either of these? I'm going to purchase them this week. Any help is greatly appreciated.

A size bigger than the 275? Why?

I've had both and like TechRep said you can't go wrong with either one. BFG TA/KO's usually are lighter in weight but cost more. They also make a 285x65x18 that may be worth looking at. In over 50 yrs of driving the BFG TA/KO's may be the best tires I've ever owned. Toyo and Nitto's right behind!

The 285/65/18 is a smaller diameter tire compared to the 275. It is obviously wider but is smaller in diameter.

Than the 275/70

275 is width 70/65/60/55 is tire height

295/70/18 with 2-1/2 level, I like it.
