Default CO Customer Service

So.... for the last week i've been talking to CO for a wheel and tire package. Finally narrowed it down to Havok H103 with 35" ridge Grapplers. I confirmed stock and was told I was good, made the purchase and sat back to await shipping confirmation. Well, 2 days later I get an email saying that the distributor couldn't locate the wheels and it would a 4week backorder or I could wait to see if they could be located. I wasn't trying to wait, my lift is in and awaiting install. I was presented with other options and opted for the Fuel Hostage in black for an additional discounted up charge, which was a pretty good deal.

Needless to say, they kept in constant contact with me and tried everything they could to make it right. They even sent me this 24" CO decal, which I don't have the space to put it. Though it was out of their control I understood the situation and couldn't be upset with. Just my order is pushed back some more days which sucks.

Good on ya CO, keep it up!

Jon

Dont know about that. However, i did ask about a military discount and they offered me a wheel cleaning kit or $30 off purchase, I chose the kit. Better than nothing.

Went to get my TPMS sensors programmed, guess what....bad sensor. Also, 3 out 4 tires were same sidewall. How does that happen from a reputable tire/wheel specialist?
