Default Levelling Kit

I put a 2" leveling kit in my 2012 F150. After picking it up from the shop I noticed a rattling noise coming from the front drivers side, I took it back thinking something they touched was loose. They re tightened all bolts they touched but the noise is still there. It almost sounds as if the hood isn't closed tight and is rattling around but that is not the issue. Can anyone help me on what to look for or what to do about the issue? Do these leveling blocks not always fit perfect and have play that the shop is not taking responsibility for?

I almost want to take the kit out and see if the rattle disappears but there goes $100 in labour and if the kit is the problem another $250 for it...

I had a leveling kit, they're crap - get a lift kit (I say this because if you actually intend to take your vehicle off-road say goodbye to your cv boots, that aside there should be no rattling noise.

Here is a good writeup on a leveling kit install: http://www.f150online.com/forums/sus...t-install.html

This guy is a tard. I have had a leveling kit for over a year and no probs. Whatever the problem is (be it level related or not), stay on it. It could be placement of a brake line, or who knows what else. Go back to the shop, have mech ride with you while you duplicate the noise. Get it on the rack and find the problem. It is there, just find it. Good luck man.

agree^^^ stay with it...its something they touched. Have you had it aligned yet ??? It needs to be aligned after the install...could be your control arm hitting your coil spring.
