Default Leveling kit problems

So I was just informed by town fair as I was getting a tire rotation that my leveling kit in my 05 stx is supposedly ruining my tires by leaving flat spots on them and also ruining the upper ball joint/control arm cause its leaving it at an extreme pitch that's bad for it. Any one else have problems with their leveling kits ruining their tires or ball joints? Jw any info is appreciated.

I have about 50,000 miles on mine since I added a 2.5 inch level kit (hell bent steel) and no adverse effects from it . Second set of tires and still no evidence of abnormal wear . I did change drivers side ball joint when I installed the kit and no problems there either . But,,,,, I can see where it could wear ball joints because of the increased angle . I haven't seen any problems so far . And my truck is no street queen either , hauls wood, two tracking and silver lake sand dunes, and 84 mile round trip to work and back every day.

Def appreciate the info I haven't found any unusual problems having them in for a yr now, all the ball joints I replaced about 6 months ago were stock and it was time for new ones anyway. When town fair had my tires off they said they have never seen a ball joint on an angle like that before, I kinda wanted to laugh n say ya retard cause everything is just hanging of course it's gonna have a greater pitch lol but when traveling down the rd I have no problems. Thanks for the reply
