leveling kit
I see no one answered yet... first thing to do is measure from your tire to the peak of your wheel well on both your front and rear tires. The difference will determine the height of your level kit. Some members like to keep some of the original rake and install a kit slightly below the difference in height, keeping the rear end slightly higher than front.
As far as manufacturer goes there's tons out there, I have a 2.5" Hell Bent Steel in my 2006 F150 4x4. They make a good kit, and its affordable. There's a ton of posts on this site talking about leveling kits, how high to go, how to install, etc.
Let me know if you have more questions, I'll try and help.
