Question Identify this rim

Good evening, can anyone identify what make of rim this is. Bought a Ford with these rims which came with "spacers" which I misplaced, need to know what make so I can try and replace the lost spacers. Tks

Geez, I feel kinda silly. I could read the SS but didn't "see" the R and W. I even tried taking a pic and uploading on google "image app" but didn't work. Thank you so much.
