Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator or Forscan? Which model?
Hey yall! Just swapped stock tires 275/60R20'S for 295/60R20's. Seems my MPH, MPG, and Odometer would now be off slightly. Quick reserach found Hyperscan and Forscan for speedo recalibrators. Any advice between the two? I use a MAC not PC if that makes a difference. Hypertech found a few different models, one seems to use a laptop and the other has a built in screen so maybe no laptop required? This pretty straightforward once I get a device? Any thoughts, tips, or advice would be appreciated!

I'm cheap and use Forscan and a GPS to calibrate. I'd check your speed against a GPS first to find out IF it need calibration at all. The truck probably has a GPS built in, same for your phone. I personally own several hand held and Garmin automotive units. Forescan has a GPS speed correction that is quite easy to use. KM
