Default Help with winter rims

So I bought these 18" rims and tires on my brand new 2021 f150. I don't think they will last many Canadian winters and I want to keep them in good shape for summer.

I've decided to go with BF Goodrich TA K02 tires, but I really don't know what to use for rims.

I was thinking black steels with tire pressure sensors, but I don't know if there are anything better that won't cost much more.

Anyhow, let me know all your opinions!

I just went through the same series of questions. I bought new winter rubber, wheels and TPMS this week.

I went cheap - my last vehicle had steel winter wheels and they were fine. Not the most appealing to look at, especially as they age.

I went with 17" steel wheels for $65 each including shipping from partsengine.ca - the price was just far too low to pass up on.

If you're in Canada check out https://pmctire.com/en/?___from_store=fr

You can get full packages, tires/wheels/sensors and they'll install and balance and program the tpms for you for free. Free delivery too, just bolt them on come November. When I bought my 2020, my dealer had a winter tire package available that I managed to negotiate for a good price, if not I would have bough from PMC. I've bought a few sets from them and never had any problems.
