I Like Tires
Well first the 33x12.50 is way to narrow for a 14" wide wheel. That tire is only good up to a max of 11.5" wide wheel. Mounting it on a 14" wide wheel will cause uneven wear and risks a blow out from being stretched so far. The sidewalls won't be supporting the load as designed and the beads won't have a sufficient seat on the wheel flange. There is currently no tire on the market that will fit a 20x14, except for maybe a mud bogger type tire from Interco, especially not a 33" tall tire.
I know there are people out there running the same setup you described, I even know a few, but that doesn't mean it is safe.
As far as the leveling kit, the 14" wide wheel will have so much offset that you would definitely rub when turning.
Nitto currently makes a 355/40R22 trail grappler that will fit a 14" wide wheel so if you wanted to step up to a 22" wheel there is an option. It measures out at 33.5x14.50R22. But like I said before you would run with just a leveling kit.
