Default fitment

i have a 98 f150 4x4 and was curious if 285/70/17's wil fite without rubbing or anything. i know there are alot of tire threads about fitment but i still wasnt sure. and how much of a height increase can i look for?

Tires should fit fine, overall tire height over stock would be around 1.5 inches so you'd get around 3/4" of a taller stance
