Default Difference in tire poke

I have a 285/60/20 tire on a 20x9 rim with a +18 offset; and a 1 1/2" level. There is no rubbing.

If I go to a 20x9 rim with a 0 offset, do I have to worry about rubbing?

OR...

Thinking of going to a 20x9 rim with a 0 offset and putting on a 275/60/20 tire. Will this set up cause the tire to poke out more, less, or about the same?

Thanks.

It will cause the tire to poke out more the rim will stick out 0.7 inch. I by going with the slightly smaller tire you will probably be ok. The new tire should be 1/2 inch shorter and narrower, but that varies by manufacturer.
