bolt pattern? and what backspace?

Default bolt pattern? and what backspace?

ill soon be going to look at (and hopefully buy if i get the money) a 1994 f150 4x4 reg cab long box and i was wondering what the bolt pattern was, would it be 5x5.5? also when ill probably be buying some 33x12.5s so what backspacing will i need?

It is 5 0n 139.7 (5.5) I thing the factory backspace is neutral or 0. I dont know if the 12.5s will fit. I think they will but if it is like the bronco you may need to shim the bumper forward or trim it. The may rub a little at full turn. You can verify the offset at;
