Ballistic Wheels quality?

I'm thinking about buying a set of the Ballistic Daggers 951 wheels and was wondering if anyone has seen them or has this brand before. They look of really good quality and narrowed it down to them pretty much.20x9 +25 offset is what I'm gonna go with and may buy some new tires as well.
