i can run 40"s no prob with my 10"s of lift but id probably have to replace my ball joints and tire rods everytime i turned the steering wheel. haha but no seriously i wouldnt run 40"s unless your doin a SAS. With an IFS 38"s max and thats allready pushing it.

you're not going to be able to run 40's with just an 8-10in. lift. the rize 12in. kit is made to run 40's and everyone that ive seen have that kit has a narrow 40. like 14.5 or narrower.

Im reading this wondering what kind of gear you would have to run to get any power with 40's, i cant imagine you would get any better than 7-8 mpg's.

the biggest gear i think you can fit in this axle is a 5.13
