Default +18 or 0 offset

I have a 2015 Crew 2wd that I'm going to put a level up front and stock 4x4 block out back. I'm looking at 20x9 wheels with 285/55/20 tires. I'm going for e rated tires and getting rid of the raked look. I don't really want to have to cut anything but still the 0 offset rub with that tire size? Stock says it's 31.89 tall and the new size is 32.36 tall. Should I do the +18 instead? Kinda want that stance look but don't want the rub.

it should be good with either off set with that tire size.. depends on if you want them to stick out a little. zero off set for stance.
