[it's an awesome head unit. It takes some time to set it up. If you use Android auto. They have a 3rd party app that only uses a small portion of the screen. Please disable voice app or else it will be buggy. Enjoy it

Yea I waited initially for 8 month for the Phoenix but finally gave up and chose this. I'm happy I did. I wound up going with a complete custom stereo setup in my truck. The installer was shocked at how dlgood this system was. Go for it.

I just installed this unit and love it so far, but….I have the 2018 F-150 FX4 Platinum with 360 degree cameras and B&O sound system everything works but the mic and sound on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Does anyone have some ideas as to why? I’ve sent the questions to Yulu but as others have said they reply on Asia time, so I’m waiting for their response currently. I removed the factory mic from the overhead console and installed the one they provided, but on my iPhone I have to switch to speaker vs CarPlay to hear or talk and that just works through the phone itself not through the truck speakers.

Make sure in car settings (app) not settings on top bar that vehicle selection is sync 3 B.O IS Selected..I had the Sony setup so I placed my mic under the center dash speaker cover...had great success messaging them on Facebook messenger too ....

They sent me a new version of T-link that works great as well if you get connected on Facebook messenger they can email files and such as well glad to help I use android phone, but still might be of some help to you!

The instructions state: “Original Car is Sync 2/3 with B&O amplifier with 360 camera, vehicle selection is: F150(15-19)SYNC 3” I did try the vehicle option you mentioned with the same results of no mic or sound, thanks a lot for the response though!

Unfortunately no luck, mic still doesn’t pick up my voice. Tomorrow I’m pulling it apart and checking the mic wire connection, I taped it with moisture proof tape but ya never know. Thanks again. Maybe I have a bad unit or mic? Hopefully Yulu will come through tomorrow, fingers crossed.
