What about this setup for under my back seat?
I used to be into the whole car audio thing, but have totally lost touch with what is new and now available. Does anyone have an opinon on this setup for my 2006 FX4 CrewCab? It is $580.

This enclosure comes with 2 Brand new Kicker 12 inch slim line subs. They will handle 400 watts RMS & 800 watts peak each. So box will handle 800 RMS/1600 peak watts total.
Amplifier is a Brand new Soundstream Rubicon RUB1700 Mono Block amplifier. It has 700 watts RMS total power and 1400 watts peak. Very good match up to the subs in this box. It has all features you will need. It has high level inputs incase want to use your factory radio, so you won't have to purchae any extra adaptors to use your factory radio. It has adjustable bass boost, adjustable Crossover, and it comes with Remote bass **** so you can control volume of the subs right from drivers seat.
Also comes with brand new never open 4 gauge wiring kit.
Box is make of MDF wood and is covered in your choice of carpet
