My stock Sync 3 unit was non-nav so no loss there. I went with the Maestro RR and MFT1 dash kit along with a Kenwood double din I've had for a number of years now. The kit allowed me to keep the large dash volume **** which I def wanted. The screen is a bit smaller and its resistive so its not great. The stock tailgate camera and steering controls function, no loss there. The preset buttons on the dash can be reprogrammed with the RR unit to perform other functions but I left all that alone.

My next upgrade if I keep this truck for a while longer will be HD capacitive screen probably the DMX958XR which is a shallow mount digital media receiver which will give my amp in the dash a bit more breathing room. LOL.
