Is there any way to add SIRIUS to 2017 STX 8" SYNC 3 ver2.2 no NAV ?

hard to believe that a brand new STX does not have Sirius when my 14 does.

I know. It's odd. The dealership thought it had it too. Not a huge deal as I only like the free trial. It's just very odd. Like the pic someone posted above, no Sirius source.

It does not come on the STX as a standard option, it's an additional $195 upgrade.

I bought an 18 STX and somehow overlooked Sirius not being listed on my Window Sticker.
I have the satellite antenna though.
Will Forscan open up this as an option? I hate to stream it off my phone or get one of those units.
Anyone confirm?

This thread should have some info to help you out. I believe the other STX owners did not have Sirius. To add it you would need to replace your ACM (CD/radio) unit with one with sirius. You can use the existing antenna by adding a splitter. then all you need to do is turn it on with forscan.
